  1. No.  You can save the seeds from the plant, store them in an envelop for next Year.

  3. No, most sweet peas are annuals, but you can get everlasting sweet peas now, although the scent is not as good as the annual ones.

  4. I doubt you can get them back as they are considered a annual.
