My good friend gfcbarracker misses out watching footy coz in the US and has no access to AFL on TV - I feel sorry that he has to miss out since the Cats are doing so well..

  1. Yes you can in torrent files

Google mininova.org and search AFL and download the torrents from there GFC could also search Geelong AFL

GFC barracker can e mail me if he needs more details

This sight has posts from people from the U.S so should work

  2. He can download from here:

    https://telstra.com/subscriptions/afl/su...

But if he is able I would suggest your friend sign up with one of the two major satellite providers in the U.S. (DirecTV or Dish Network) then he could subscribe to Setanta Sports which provides live AFL coverage (and NRL if interested).  I live in the middle of nowhere (Oklahoma - USA) and regularly watch three live matches per week and also get a weekly highlights show that covers all the other matches and league news.  Also, every finals match is broadcast live.

  3. AFL downloads only work if you are in Oz. I have tried it before.

  4. OH YES!!!!

Just don't ask me HOW!!!!  lol

  5. um, i think you can. ive done it before. i just cant remember wat site it was on. go onto the AFL site and it should have them there.

  6. I'm no to sure about downloading a torrent etc but i definately know you can stream the matches. I used in live in Germany and could stream the footy on Bigpond. (http://bigpondvideo.com). You will need to set up an account, and pending a decent internet connection you can stream the games from start to finish.
