Can you define what art education is?

In a most technical sense it relates to the mechanics, methods, procedures, to offer up a creative piece of Art work. It may not however, Create an "Artist"

   Form and function, most especially of the anatomy, color appropriate to a scene, proper "tools", are also part of the process of learning.

   Art History, should be self explanatory.

   Einstein once quoted, "If one studies anything, even for (5?) minutes a day, they can become expert at it."

   In the sense of the methods in Art, that might be valid, but education in the process, better begin from within, some latent, "talent" or at least the sense that one has artistically.
