Can you destroy a light and darkness dragon with a Chaos command Magicians effect?

I need to know because my friend has one and every time he summons one he kills me. Another thing I would like to know is that if you activate 6 spell trap or monster effects is the light and darkness dragon destroyed.

no sorry light and dark dragon stops all effects of magic traps and mosters but its lowered by 500 lower his stats with magics then atk with a non effect moster

it can only negate 4 times ... then it doesnt have enough defence to lose th 500 so it cannot negate anything else ... chaos command magician will not be negated ... but it cant negate LADD either ... LADD must target CCM for CCM to destroy it ... but LADD only negates spells, traps and effects that activate ... it wont negate continuous effects like jinzo or spirit reaper ... just a tip for destroying it ... when they attack with it or you attack it ... if they dont activate anything (they arent likely to due to LADD negating it) if you activate anything then it will lose the 500 for each thing ... eg, u have a monarch on the field (2400 attack) and they attack it with LADD (2800 attack) if you activate anything in response to the attack (eg shrink, mirror force, sakuretsu armor) then LADD will negate it and the attack will carry on but it will have lost the 500 putting it to 2300 atk ... not strong enough to destroy the monarch and being destroyed itself ... hope this helps
