no but you can definitely throw up... ugghh i'm a dog groomer and i have to clean everyone's dogs after they get sprayed! its disgusting!

Most people will be very annoyed with getting skunked and nothing worse. But, there are exceptions. Most people only get annoyed with bee sting while others can die from it. It depends upon your system and physiology.
