Can you die if your in a garage and the car there is on?

I heard that and I was wondering if it's true... If the garage is closed and everything, would you die?

Also, how long would it take if it was a two-car garage? Would you really start feeling messed up after a few minutes?

You do not "start feeling messed up".  You feel tired, fall asleep, and do not wake up.

Absolutely. People kill themselves in this fashion all the time. The carbon monoxide is what kills you. It is a terrible way to die. Analogous to drowning to death or suffocating to death. Die saving someones life instead. It's better for your karma. :)

Carbon Monoxide is tasteless and odorless. It comes out of the exhaust pipe of any car or truck or SUV.

It's a silent killer.  

It is very true that you will die from it, because you usually fall asleep and then die when the toxicity level is high enough.

Ask your physics teacher to tell you the mathematical calculations, but hey, it wouldn't matter because you'd be dead if you tried it.

I would suggest you read up on Carbon Monoxide poisoning and find out the facts for yourself, rather than asking the general public for an answer on that.

You will feel sleepy after a few minutes.

Then you will get the worst headache you ever had.

If you don't get out very soon after that you will be dead from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Don't run your car in any confined space!!!!
