Nothing is stopping you from diving AFTER a flight. You just need to wait anywhere from 12- to 24 hours (depends on the dive you did last and if it was a single or repetitive) after the dive(s) BEFORE you fly. As for the difference between a flight at 35, 000 feet and a puddle hopper, there is none in respect to diving. They are treated as the same. A flight.
