Can you do this with a samsung A737 at&t phone?

can u record like your voice for example saying like "pick up the phone" and then set it as your ring tone? do u have to pay for it to be set as your ring tone?

also... i am pretty sure u can take videos on it too. u can take videos on it right?

i have a cellphone like yours.

yeah you can record your voice and set it as ring tone.

but i don't think you can take video you can just take pictures.
