  2. The NHS reccommend you exercise (as in work out solidly until you sweat and pant) for one hour at least five times a week. This is what is needed to lose weight effectively. Going to the gym every day is fine provided you get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water and eat over 2,000 kcals per day.

    Don't make yourself ill! Everything in moderation.

  3. i do gym EVERYDAY ALSO. JUST MAKE SURE U EAT WELL OR U WONT HAVE THE ENERGY TO DO CARDIO. DO FEW WEIGHTS AS WELL

  4. They say that 45 minutes of cardio a day it's good. But you should take at least on day off a week. The muscles need a bit of rest and you too. I wont affect the progress, believe me

  5. yes you can, people calle it " hitting the wall"

    its when your body has used all the carbs in your body, and basically your body is sooo exhausted that you cant see or move and you collapse..

    its dreadful

    thats why athletes eat a lot of carbs before going out..  

  6. Going to the gym everyday is fine, but you need to get enough electrolytes and calories so that you have enough energy. Not just that, but all-around proper nutrition. Make sure you're always hydrated, I recommend Gatorade. Propel is also good, but Gatorade has the electrolytes you need. And make sure not to overwork yourself. You're trying to keep your heart healthy, not overwork it. Hope this helps :)

  7. Not really, just make sure your joints and feet are well maintained.  Otherwise your heart and pulmonary systems are the most neglected body systems always needing a good workout.  Make sure to drink plenty of fluids and eat light.

  8. You'll know if you're doing to much because you'll fall over and die.
