Can you donate a kidney if you only have one?

I know it means killing yourself but will doctors allow you to donate your last kidney to someone that you desperately want to keep alive?

Yes when you have died you can leave yourself on a donors list in your drivers license in CA you should quit thinking so seriously about killing yourself.

You can't give your own kidney, but you can be a fighter for your friend by helping them to find a donor and encouraging people to become organ donors when they die.
