Can you double close a house in probate

I want to wholesale a house I found but it is in probate court. can i still do it?

  1. You can't do anything until the probate court signs off on it.


  2. if you KNOW you will gain ownership

    of this house at the conclusion of probate,

    you are permitted by law to offer it up for

    sale "conditional to the successful

    close of probate in your favor."


  3. You question makes no sense.  If you mean can you sell it while in probate, the answer is no.
