Okey,:)

Step 1) Locate the URL to your .SWF file. (I did this by viewing the source of the page - Right Click on the page --> View Source - and then finding the .swf code.

Step 2) Open Notepad

Step 3) Paste the following code

</html>

Step 4) Change the URL in the quotes in the href tag to your URL

Step 5) Save the file (File --> Save As --> Change "Save as type:" to "All files" --> Change "File Name:" to download.htm.

Step 6) Locate your newly created .htm file and double click it to open it in a browser.

Step 7) Right Click on the link and Select Save As

Yes. You need a flash video player to open the file. Media player classic can open this type of file.

most of the time they are.if you can't play flv files then you could get media classic player (which can play flv files and lots of others) or you could try file2hd and copy the url on the site that has the video and see if it downloads. file2hd works great with youtube and myspace
