Can you download games onto your psp that dont require that stupid M33??????

hey, im just wondering if i can download games into my game folder on my memory card that dont need the m33 firmware..im assuming there is, cus why else wud that folder be there?? but im not sure...if u can will u tell me where i can get em please?
