Can you download old xbox games off xbox live?

ive got an xbox 360 is there a way to download old xbox games off live.

iff not if i buy an old xbox game will i be able to play it?

I think you can, I know you can get Halo 2 off live, but you need microsoft points and you can buy these at game stores etc. I find it better to buy from the store though, because then it leaves space on your hard drive. Also downloading can take a long time depending on your connection.

Try typing into Google "xbox games that can be played on 360".

I found a list before and it is most games that can be played. Or try the Microsoft website for the list.

You can download a certain few XBox games from XBox Live, but they cost Points which you can buy in stores. The selection is very limited though.

Yes you could download old Xbox games from Xbox live for Microsoft Points its pretty cheap you could download Halo, Fable 2, Black and many more original Xbox games.
