Can you download songs to computer for burning cd's? rhapsody says MP3, can you still download music for a cd?

No, you can't, the rhapsody store files (WMA) got DRM protection.

You need to remove the DRM protection from the rhapsody files before burning them as mp3 on a CD.

The mp3s you have should work just fine.  When you burn an audio CD, the program you use makes them into normal audio files like the kind you find on a regular CD that you buy from a store.  Just make sure when you burn your CD, that you are burning an audio CD instead of a jukebox or mp3 CD.
