yes but first i had to get use to the hand motions and shapes before i could stat drawing them by just seeing them =]

Yes, if I have a picture of them somewhere, then I glance at it, back and forth, and I draw it exactly the same way as what it looks like.

I bet a lot of others can as well.

But usually I only do so when it involves a specific reason, for a fan made piece, and I always try to make it better than the original for some reason O_O

Meh, other than that, I'd rather draw my own character. It's funner and more adventurous.

Then again, it really depends on the "cartoon", I usually aim more towards "anime".
