conjugated linoleic acid is a naturally occuring omega 6 fatty acid which helps reduce and eliminate fat deposition. It is also used to help treat pro-inflammatory diseases such as atherosclerosis, diabetes etc. I think it would be fine to take while drinking cofffee, i have never come past any research saying that it would have a negative effect.
