  1. It depends on your state law, if you gave us the state, we would be able to tell you, otherwise check with the local police, on their non-emergency line.

  2. If you're not the driver and you are over 21, then GO FOR IT!

  3. No you can't, if the driver gets pulled over for any reason and the cop finds out that someone is drinking that person can be cited for having an open container in public.

  4. Absolutely depends on the state. Don't believe anyone who says that you can without knowing where you live.

    For example...

In Ohio, open containers are allowed only in vehicles that are driven by someone with a chauffeur's license, which is actually the case in a quite a few states.

If your driver is going around with a bunch of open containers in the vehicle, he/she can get into serious trouble. Make sure you know the laws very well in your state before you go on doing this.

  5. Depends on your state law. Here there can't be any open containers, while other states are okay with the passengers drinking.

  6. why can't your friends wait? what is the problem? wait til you get to

the bar every year people die because of people drinking&driving

  7. if ur not driving yes and congratulations

  8. if there is enough elbow room to do so..careful not to spill.

  9. They say you can't have an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, but then again, you can drink in the back of a limo, so I don't know; and it probably depends on the state.

  10. I think the passengers can, but the driver can't. Be aware though, if they're hammered and acting stupid and out of line in public, they can all be arrested for public intoxication.

  11. Depends on your state, in some states any open alochol will get the driver in trouble, even if no one is drinking it.

  12. As long as you don't drive, as long as you have someone that's a designated driver and that person must remain sober at all times but the rest of ya, Hey drink to your hearts content drink until you get up and fall right SMACK on your face

  13. Depends on what state u r in...some states don't allow open container in the vehicle...just call your local cop shop and ask.

If they tell ya something ya don't wanna hear than make sure your van has tinted windows.

    Party on!!!

P.S. Enjoy your last days of freedom

  14. you can

but is better if you wait till the bar.

if no, you may cause a trouble to your driver

  15. check with local authorities and if you end up just saying f it then put liquor in other containers that can be concealed
