I would not recommend it.  Some particulates of pollution may be in it.  ~putting your tongue out in the rain won't kill you though.

You can but I would not recommend it.

As rain falls it actuall cleans the air. It also cleans anthing else that it comes in contact with. So if you drink it you will be drinking all of the contaminates it cleaned from the air and whatever it hit.

Now if you ran it through purification system then I guess you have cheap water. Don't use a cheap filter like Britta or Pur. They are basic systems and most of the stuff in the water would be left behind. Besides improving the taste you might as well just drink the rain water straight for all the good they do.

Yes I would drink rainwater after 7 time it's been rain make sure all the bad in the air been clean. Nature  good for everyone if they don't try to be better than nature. This world would be beautiful and clean. If used brain in right way not only yourself want. Rain water  will be clean. God what we call nature biggest then anything we got to adrift more with our brain how to live in this world

Rainwater is some of the best drinking water available, as long as it is not contaminated with acids from smelter smoke and smog pollutants. If it rains a lot, then the air is probably very clean. Keep your catchment structures clean, and enjoy some great water. It is also very good for washing fine fabrics.

I've drank rain water before. but it doesn't taste that good considering by the time it gets to the ground its been through tons of air pollution and its unfiltered. but i don't see anything wrong with drinking it.

Yeah! It's a lot healthier than water that comes out of your kitchen faucet. Of course, catch it when it's falling from the sky. ;)

You can drink rain water but I would suggest you boil it first. This is to kill any bacteria that may be present in the water. If you find boiling troublesome, then at least filter it first before consuming it.
