  1. Of course you can drink unpasturized milk.  And although it is true it *MAY* have harmful bacteria, its not always true.  They factory farming methods we practice in the US make the germ populations explode exponentially (hence all the anti-biotics we put in their feed).  If its a cow on a family farm, I doubt the risk would be very great.

We can also eat raw honey, but its not recommended to feed raw honey to young children due to the fact that its *possible* to get botulism, which can be fatal in small children.  Its also possible to get all sorts of germs from all sorts of places, soil, sand, pets, the air, etc.  But you will lead a hellish life if you fear all of them.

  2. Of course. Pasteurization didn't always exist. It only became standard around the early 1900s. It does have many benefits such as destroying bacteria, protozoa, molds, and yeasts. Some of the diseases that pasteurization can prevent are tuberculosis, diphtheria, polio, salmonella, strep throat, scarlet fever, and typhoid fever. I wouldn't recommend drinking any unpasteurized dairy product, especially these days with all of the drugs and chemicals used in the industry and ease of contamination.

  3. No way unless you want to get sick.

  4. if u do do goats milk my sister does and her whole family is just fine. with goats milk u can leave it out for a while and it wont go back but it has to be pasturized  ask your doctor but i find they know nothing about it i ask my sons dotor he said not to touch any milk till he was one but goats milk is the easy to break down and my brother  in can drink it and not get sick but cows milk he will run to the bath room and throw up. so i would ask but also remember what did people before us drink before they could pasturize milk. they just drank it straght from the cow but women when they got pg sometimes would miscarry cause of the stuff that sometimes can pass in it from cow to person. well good luck

  5. Of course! As long as the milk is fresh and clean, and the milking environment is also clean, the milk can be better for you than pasteurized milk.

It's all we drink: fresh clean uncooked goats milk

  6. Its simple, when milk is pasteurized, all the bacteria, molds, yeasts, etc is killed. You can drink unpasteurized milk, but you MIGHT get you sick from it, so i really don't recommend doing that because why take the risk when you can play it safe.  Beside, pasteurized and unpasteurized milk taste practically the same.

  7. I can, I don't know about you. Its like eating raw meat.  It increases the chances of illness but it's not a definite.

  8. Dont drink unpasteurized raw milk due to its potential risk of harmful bacteria. Raw milk potentially contains a wide variety of harmful bacteria – including Salmonella, E. coli O157:H7, Listeria, Campylobacter and Brucella – that may cause illness and possibly death.
