some people say that you can drive 5 days before you turn 16, and i was wondering if it was true, and if it is, why is that legal? I live in Arkansas

  1. im in florida, but i'd say no...idk when you get your permit there, but if you have that, then yeah..just have an adult in the car..and 5 days away, dont s***w it up!! dont risk it!!
