i've read the driving handbook a couple times, and i know that you get you're permit first, and have that for 6 months, then you can get your license, but then do you have to have your license for 6 months then after that you can drive by yourself, i live in california so i know they have certain rules here. and when you have your license and you can drive by yourself, can there be other people in the car with you or do you have to have another licensed driver in the car as well.

  1. yes after you get your license you can drive all by yourself.

  2. you'll only be able to drive by yourself when your mommy or daddy say you can.. but after you have a license, you can drive by yourself as permitted by law.

  3. Yes, you can drive by yourself once you have your license.  In some states, like Colorado, you could be limited on the number of passengers you are allowed to have in the car with you,

Before you start driving, though, make sure you have been added to an auto insurance policy!
