Can you drive out of state with a PA junior license?

im planning a roadtrip with me and my friend to michigan, and i need to know. i know i cant go out past 11pm, so we were gonna rent a hotel or something, ill be 17 when we go on the roadtrip

  1. Well in New Jersey I know you can. I pretty much just treated it like a license with those few restrictions and once you get out of state those restrictions don't even matter. Me and my friends once went on an 18 drive out of state on my New Jersey equivalent of a junior license. Hope you have fun!

Well, most or all places you need to be 18+ if not 21+ to get a hotel....so if you're worries about it let them drive, here in Michigan I know you can, but not sure about PA, and I dunno about PA, but in Michigan after 3 months you get the regular license, so if you're getting close to the 3 months, don't worry about it ;)
