  1. I know someone who drove with two other guys from Atlanta to Santiago Chile. It took them 3 months but that's because they stopped in towns like tourists.  If you make a trip out of it, it can be fun.  Remember you'll have to have pay to have the car cross the Panama canal!!!

  2. No you cant get by car, get a cruise line or just take a plane.

  3. No you can´t, you can drive just to panama, but it is impossible to drive from panama to colombia cause there no road, there is a huge jungle called Tapon del Darien between panama and colombia, and there no way to cross it by car, so the answer is NO

  4. Why in the world would you want to?  Is it a drug run?  If so you are going the wrong way

  5. It will take you at least 4 days to drive through Mexico all the way.  Then roads get seriously worse as you go through Central America. And there are real dangers in parts where there is civil unrest and fighting.  However, people do do it...see sites below.  It would be far more difficult and have far more problems than you could ever think of.  The last site below shows that the trip is about 3400 miles.  It states that it would take about 64 hrs driving time...that is 8 days if you drive 8 hrs a day 50 miles an hour.  The trouble is, there are MANY places you cannot drive 15 miles an hour!...and there are all kinds of things that could and would go wrong along the way.  I have not done it, but have driven a lot in Mexico...and have seen sme mighty challenging roads.

  6. No. IF and that's a big if, you get to the Darien Gap in Panama youll have to put your car on a boat and end up in a port city. Cartagena, probably. Also, Colombia DOES NOT allow the import of used cars for ANY reason (sight seeing, going to see a girl you met on the internet) So the answer is NNOOOOOOO plus its like 400 bux to fly from DFW to BOG and its only 5 and 1/2 hours. Why would you want to drive and spend 2 weeks under very dangerous conditions only to be denied at the Colombian port?
