  1. If you mean from the UK, take the Eurostar train (out of Ashford Station) through the channel tunnel, otherwise you'll have to take one of the ferries...

    Anywhere else in Europe (except Scandinavia) you can drive overland to Paris, no problems.

  3. Yes - but a ferry would be very useful on the inner ring road.

  4. I'm assuming from the UK?  No, there is not a bridge for cars (yet).  But you can take the Eurostar train which goes under the Channel.
