Can you dump clear plastic forks, spoons, and all into same bag as the milk quarts?

YUP---as long as that type of plastic is recyclable

Probably not.  Most plastic flatware is polystyrene, which shouldn't be mixed with polyethylene milk cartons.  Since recycling in my area doesn't accept polystyrene packing beads, plastic flatware, like the packing, goes into the garbage.
