Can you dye a jogging stoller seat cover?

I have a dark green jogging stroller that was left outside and the seat cover faded. I can't seem to find a replacement seat anywhere to buy, so I was wondering if it would be possible to dye the fabric? It is a canvas type fabric like all jogging strollers. If it is possible to dye it, how would I go about doing this? I have never dyed anything before! :) Thanks!

Any fabric can be dyed BUT sometimes the stitching remains the original colour or turns white.

There are products available that you can use in a washing machine as well as in a bucket with cold water.

Use salt to 'lock in' the colour (color for americans)

Try your local hardware store

yes you can . go buy some dye . and place in washer put washer on small load add the dye and let soak over nite . add about half a cup of vingar. then when done wash it with nothing but it in washing machine and hang out to dry
