  1. you can not be charged for dyeing live bird featers because if the bird has a bath in water with dye in it then the bird has done it itself without no pain because magicians do this all the time and racing pigeons have bath salts in the bath water but theres over 50,000 of them and they all must be charged if this is the case with it is not

  2. Animal abuse really ? Cruelty to animals n. the crime of inflicting physical pain, suffering or death on an animal, usually a tame one, beyond necessity for normal discipline. It can include neglect that is so monstrous (withholding food and water) that the animal has suffered, died or been put in imminent danger of death. Animal cruelty is a ambiguous term and the terminology depends from region to region, state to state and country to country. Now please do correct me if i am wrong but it does seem to me that  the question asked does NOT fit that definition and there for is NOT Animal Abuse or Cruelty. In my view for the ones that are yelling ( in caps) that it is should really be less ignorant of the meaning of what they are implying or accusing the person of that is asking a simple question.

  3.  Thats not abuse! if this was abuse then cutting a dogs/cats hair is abuse as well [even if its proffessional] becuz your tampering with there natural coat....
