No, you wont get high. In fact, you wont feel anything at all from it. THC, the stuff in Marijuana that gets you high, must be heated to around 300 degrees before it is activated. - It'll just taste really bad.

You can eat it, smoke it, or even drink it,  I have seen a gov letter that came with a friend's medical pot that suggested that it be used as a suppository.  Google "cooking with pot" to get ideas how to eat it.  It gives a different high than smoking it.
