Can you eat after using Aquafresh whitening trays?

I just took out my Aquafresh whitening trays...can i eat? need an answer quick...

but i would wait a couple of minutes before you eat.

then i think it would be fine.

Yes!  brush your teeth afterwards though.  You should avoid foods that stain like red sauces, wines, tea, coffee and mustard!  Especially directly after you whiten.  I've heard of people eating mustard the same day and their teeth sort of absorbed the color!  But yes, you can eat after you whiten.
