Can you eat beetroot leaves ??

weve picked loads of beetroot today, and the leaves look lovely, are they edible though ??

Sure - you often find them in prepacked salads!

yes and they are quite sweet. one of my favorite greens. the leaves are also where most the nutrients are. Bon apitite

Yes, uncooked in salads or cooked like spinach.  Remove the stems.
