Can you eat eggs on a gluten-free diet?

  1. Yes you can. A rule of thumb is that gluten can be found in bread products such as wheat and barley.  Thus, eggs would be consumed safely by a person with celiac disease since it is primarily composed of proteins and lipids.


  2. Yes, but if you want to fry them, use olive oil, or make sure that the oil you use contains not gluten.

  3. Yes, I have friends who have Celiac Disease and they could eat eggs.

  4. yup..but keep away from avacado :) my daughters celiac..and avacado was a food we were told to avoid, something to do with allergies n whatnot :) sorry I cant be clearer
