Can you eat human legally?

Question

My friend and I have been talking and have agreed that when one of us dies the other will be allowed to, as gruesome as it sounds, eat a small amount of the others body just so we can taste a bit of human (I was thinking a small bit of leg maby lol).

So my question is, if both parties agree, would this be possible from a legal point of view (obviously i seriously doubt it).

Just to point out, this is nothing spiritual or sexual, we just love meat. I know this is very controversial but please don't bother replying with answers telling me I'll go to h**l or its immoral - its most likley never going to happen anyway!

no its not. and just so you know its not JUST because its sick. eating flesh of the same species does something to your brain, It causes your body to crave that meat after the fact. It also can drive the eater insane. not to sure why but I know it happens. also I have heard that in a few cases after consuming human meat the eater was physically unable to eat most other foods.

some animals are able to eat each other safely but humans are not one of them.( not in the USA and most other countries)

My grandpa told me during the war (when Japan invade China).  People were eating dead bodies and trees to survive.  That was as a last resolve.

I don't think you should.  If someone  died of a disease, it'll stay in the body and its unhealthy to eat it.  That's why people don't eat sick animals.

I would say no, due to moral/ethical and health reasons.

But, your question did remind me of news from Germany a few years ago.  One man had a dream of eating human flesh.  A second man had a dream of being eaten.  And.. these two men met through the internet...

I don't know the legalities and I don't care because I decide what my diet will be not the law.

OMG! I can remember reading somewhere that in the UK it's illegal to kill someone & eat them but not illegal to eat a body you find! I'm not sure how true this is - gross regardless though!
