  1. if you mean dig them up and eat them, I would not advise it...

    If you mean, not cooking them, then that's fine.

    You would want to wash them off in the sink with warm water to get the dirt off. I know a lot of people that slice them after rinsing, sprinkle salt on them, and eat them like that.

    yuck.


  2. No, you have to clean it, and then cook it. Eating food like that un-cooked can cause foodborn illness. Good luck with your potatoes!

  5. I do..Just dont eat any leaf material from them ..they are poison..I eat alot of my veggies as I pick them ..I rinse them with my garden hose is all..I'm 52 and not dead yet or sick lol..heres my choice of veggies..my garden..

  7. Eating raw potatoes can make you sick and never eat any that are green. Best to wash and cook them first.

  8. yes   wipe the dirt off  first  of  course  but then have at it    their  accutally  very good  and  fresh .

  9. pick them up and take a bite.brush them off first.as long as you are not using no pesticides you should be ok.
