  3. nope because each has shugar witch has ccalories but fruit is goodd for u

  4. some fruit, but mainly veggies,,,,fruit too much sugar.

  5. you will still gain weight because even though it is healthy it has calories in it so yeah...but it is still very healthy for you

  6. youll be sick of fruit, sit on the toilet almost all day, and never get hunger satisfaction

  7. no, it is still caloires

  8. No. Calories are calories and if you eat enough of them you'll gain weight. If you ate fruit for an entire day you'd probably be pretty well hydrated and you'd get a lot of nutrients but if you did it for an extended period of time your body would become deficient of calcium, protein and a lot of other essential nutrients.

  9. no, even though they are healthy they still have calories and if you eat to many calories and you can't burn it off, you will gain weight.

  10. You will die eventually.  You must eat a mixture of most everything to live.  Some veggies, fruits, grains, meats, etc.  Too much of any one thing is BAD for you.

  11. Fruits have a very high carbohydrate count and this is what makes most people FAT as excess carbohydrates are turned into the fat that accumulates on the body and in the blood. It is not the saturated fats that make people fat.

We have been being told for the past 60 years to eat low fat, so how come every other person you see is fat? They eat too much fruit and veggies!!

  12. You know believe it or not I gain weight when I eat a lot of fruit. It might have something to do with fructose even natural I hear can throw your system off.

  13. Everything will cause you to gain weight if you eat to much of it.

  14. fruit has a lot of sugar in it. vegetables would be better. actually a combination of fruit and vegetables would be best. you want to be healthy.

  15. Eating fruits and vegetables is ok if you are on diet, trying to avoid breads, fats and meats. you'll probably lose about 2 lbs per week, but this should not be done long term.

  16. fruit contains calories and carbs in the form of sugars. You would probably have to eat a lot to gain weight but it could happen

  17. Fruit has no fat in it at all. Also having that much fiber will act as a diuretic so yes, I'd say you would lose weight!  However there is no protein, no calcium, no carbohydrates so eventually you'd start suffering from malnutrition.

  18. No it doesn't...fruits are excellent for you and a great replacement for fake sugars--remember though--EVERYTHING in moderation is key

  19. I wouldn't advise doing that. You'll have to do a lot of work to get all of your nutrients, and you'll have some digestive troubles.

You probably wouldn't gain weight, but you also wouldn't be very healthy, either.

  20. eating only fruit wouldn't be the best idea

you can only get so much minerals and vitamins from fruits so you would develop some kind of mineral and/or vitamin deficiency

  21. It depends on how much fruit!  But if you eat 20 oranges a day, you are still adding calories and you're not burning them off.  It's also not good for you to eat only one food group!  You need to supplement things that you aren't eating.  Ex:

    7 a.m - orange juice, two pieces of whole-wheat toast w/ low-fat peanut butter

noon - strawberry and kiwi pieces, romain lettuce with feta cheese, roma tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions, boca burger on whole wheat bread

3 p.m. banana, handful of walnut pieces

5 p.m. - strawberry and banana pieces made with yogart, grilled chicken pieces with slices of green and red peppers and mushrooms (grilled), sprinkle on paremesan cheese

8 p.m. soft pretzel with mustard and strawberry-banana shake made with yogart.

i dunno, a nutritionist told me that was a good day meal - all food groups represented

  22. Yeah, for some reason people don't realize that there is a ton of sugar in fruit, and that can mean a lot of calories. In addition, if you only ate fruits you could develop certain vitamin deficiencies, B12 for example.

  23. You will feel light headed and probably get diarrhea

Depending on how much fruit you plan on eating haha

    fruit isnt a proper meal

    check the kilojoules online

try having lots of fruit and a multigrain sandwich with salad and light ham no mayo, for a healthier option

  24. No, but you'll gain the least amount of weight, as compared to eating other food.

Although fruit is good for your body in the proper amounts, too much of it is still bad for you. Think of all that sugar that you'll be ingesting!

  25. You may gain weight since there is a lot of sugar in fruit.  You will also not get proper nutrition.

  26. You can definitely gain weight eating only fruit. Calories are calories.

That being said, fruit is much better than candy / fried food / processed starches.

  27. FRUIT IS THE BEST THING TO EAT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT. TRY WATERMELON IT HAS LOTS OF WATER AND WATER HELPS TAKE THE FAT OUT OF YOUR BODY.
