Can you edit the size of a picture on picasa?

i need my photos to be smaller

I assume you want to resize instead of crop.  In Picasa, when you export a picture (or a bunch of pictures) you can resize on the export.  You can specify a size and all your pictures you are exporting will resize to that.  Pretty cool.

You can do it on Ms-paint as well.

Open a picture on Paint.

Click "file" then click "save as".

Before you hit the save button, chose JPEG format for the picture, and save it.

It will automatically reduce the size of your picture.
