Can you enter a non-registered horse in a pro barrel race?

Just wondering because I have a non-registerable horse and I was wondering if I could ever go farther then local shows with her. Thanks!

  2. Yes. You can do other shows with her unless they are breed specific shows such as AQHA or APHA. But with organizations such as NBHA(national barrel horse assoc), NRHA, NCHA, NRCHA and to compete in pro rodeo you need only be a member with them. Also, when you go to show a nonregistered horse, you will have to pick one show name and stick with it because they will make records for your grade horse just as a registered one.

  3. I dont think so.... Y dont you check the national barrell racing association? I barrell race 2!!!! I have a paint/arabian i barrell race with!!!

  4. You can not do AQHA shows but you can do pro rodeos.

    Rebel, just curious, why does she need to be registered?

  5. You could register with the Grade Horse Association if a show says She NEEDS to be registered.  The Grade Horse association usually takes any grade horse.
