Can you enter an airport concourse even though you're not boarding a plane?

I just want to go into the concourse to see what it looks like and imagine what it would be like to work for an airline. will they allow me to go through security?

  1. Slim chance. I'm sure if you had a legitimate reason (applying for a job) but "just to go" wouldn't fly.

    And yes, you'd pass through security, and probably more, simply because its not normal, and you would be escorted.

    Whats to say (if you're not escorted you'll jump somebody in the bathroom and take their boarding pass).

  3. No,you will have to be escorted.Either by police or airport personell.

  4. You have to ask for a slip from the airline as a pass, but i know they let parents go through when only their children are taking a plane, so they might.  You would still have to go through security and stuff though

  5. NO WAY. You cant even get a pass from an airline. Nobody is going to let you thru if your not a passenger on one of those flights departing on that day. DONT TRY.

    Ask an airline employee instead. Much easier, less hassle and nobody will beat you up for causing them to miss their flights.

  6. The only ones allowed on concourse are ticket holders.
