Your best option is to pick up a book on search marketing, try Search Engine Marketing Inc. Do what it says and in two or so months make some revisions to make it even better.

Great looking site. The homepage source code is impeccable. All meta tags are optimized with your keywords. Easy navigation. You're using WordPress, which is a top notch platform.

The only thing I can see that you might want to consider changing is the link cluster you have at the bottom of the homepage. All those links are sucking up valuable PageRank that should be allocated to you more important pages.

I would include these links in the sitemap, instead of having them on the homepage. Other than that, great design and coding.

I think you will need to do a usability test first, your SEO strategy onsite is good. You need to start working on the other 50% which is the offsite SEO

Overall nice site visually and clear theming.

I would do some work on the meta tags personally as some of your meta tags are poor ie the Reporting page.

You clearly seem to have some link building etc.
