Can you ever get rid of Black Widows?

I spray these guys, and they disappear for a few months, only to return. I read that you have to find the queen. Where's the dang queen???

You are going to have to call an exterminator and tell them it is black widows, I got bitten by a brown recluse and we had to spray for them, they use the same pesticide for recluses and widows, but it is different from other spider pesticides, my exterminator charged an extra $50, so call an exterminator and tell them you have black widows, and they should be able to take care of it.

Also, burn incense all throughout your home as much as you can, you can get them almost anywhere, yeah your house will smell like hippies live there, but spiders hate whatever is in them.  It wont totally get rid of them, but it will deter them from entering rooms, which keeps you from getting bit.

I don't think that there is a queen, but there's a lot of pregnant ones around and you have to get rid of those ASAP. They're around more in summer.
