Can you explain me road ban ireland ?

I have german driving licence and I am banned from the road, so

can somebody tell me, if i am banned from the road in ROI with my german driving licece, can I make a new driving licence In ireland or uk and back on the road with this driving licence ?

no once your banned from the road your banned but if you do apply for one in another contry you can use it here there and anywhere. but if your really unlicky and the catch you and find out you were band before then you will be done for fruad and deciving and gaing a licence ileagally, giving false information and you will not get a fine or a ban instead you will be put down. in the depts eyes you were banned for a reason and for that reason your not welcome on irish roads
