  1. Being a realtor it almost sounds like you are talking real estate.  The list price is the original price for a piece of real estate and the net price is what the seller wants after commissions and all other costs come out of the purchase price.


  2. Not exactly sure of a List price  but i no that    ... a net price is like the final thing that ull pay or like after all deductions i guess    yh.

    net price is price you pay...

    both before taxes, list price is always higher...

  4. sure! net price is the total price you pay, including taxes.

    list price is the price you see before taxes.
