1.) Title and author of your novel with an explanation of the name.

2.) Write an adjective that best describes the main characters of the novel and find a passage (includes page number) that best demonstrates this quality. Go on to further explain in your own words examples of the quality in the person.

  1. I would do a poster book because it would be easier to make and easier for the teacher to grade. Just get a big colorful posterboard at Walmart and cut into 6 or 8 equal sized rectangles (measure it off with a yardstick and mark it with pencil lines first).

Use a hole puncher to punch 3 holes along the long side of each piece an equal space from each other. Then, on the first one, put a magazine picture or a picture printed off from the internet that illustrates the book title. Like for War and Peace, you'd have a picture of a gun and one of  a peace sign, for example. Just below the picture, explain why the author named the novel as he/she did. In other words, you say how the title is right for what the book talks about. Print the title above the photos and the author's name below the photos & title explanation.

Turn that page face down and print the name of the first main character on the top and the adjective that describes them at the bottom. In the middle of the page, put a printoff of an image that illustrates that adjective. Like if it's "kind", you could paste a pic of a boy helping an older lady carry packages, for instance. Keep doing that on each subsequent page, front and back until you're done.

Then, stack the cover page and the other pages in order and thread a piece of yarn, string, or ribbon through the three holes along the left sides of the pages and tie in a knot or bow. Bingo!! You have a visual presentation of the book.  Good luck!! : )

  2. OK. First decide how you want to make your presentation. A collage, a

Power Point, a poster book.  I assume you are going to use "The Book Theft."

Why is that the title? Explain.

Choose a word that best describes the main characters - strong, funny,

    lively, beautiful, whatever.

Then find something in the book that shows that the person has this quality.quoting the page number where you found it.

Finally, say in your own words what other examples there are of that same quality in the person.

    Hope this helps.

  3. take the title and the author and put it on a poster board

then take the main characters and describe them.  An adjective is a describing word, you are supposed to find a place in the book where this description of your character is shown.  You are then to tell further examples but not give the specific page number.

  4. Your teacher should help you... ne way.

    1) explain why the title of the book is relevent to the storey

    2) choose a word that best describe each character and find a section in the book that shows this

Liesel - Leader - liesel took charge in the hunt for the stolen books etc.

put all this information in a visual presentation.
