It looks like the photos were taken in the old Soviet Union and appears to be testing some kind of ejection system or something to do with their early space program.  It was normal to test things like this on animals before human trials were ever done.  It looks like the pig survived the ordeal.  As far as the bottle - probably vodka.  The writing on the bottle is Cyrillic.
