Can you extract oil from sweet potatoes ?

we have a project to make new products from anything we can think of , but be sure that it hasn't been done by other people. or can you give me another vegetable that i can extract oil from .

  1. The fatty oil content of sweet potatoes is 0,1g/100 g ( oleic acid ).

    Essential oils are not to find.

    The amount is not high enough for usefull extraction.
