Can you fail a UA from second hand smoke??

Well, that's what Ross Rebagliati claimed (Canadian who won an Olympic gold medal in snowboarding, then tested positive for cannabis.  He claimed it was second hand.  The funny thing, since when is cannabis considered a performance enhancing drug??)

He appealed and got the gold medal back

(Ok...I give up...how is anything I said deserving of thumbs down?  )

yah, the smoke still has thc so i guess LOL that would suck tho...

Yes you can. And even if cannabis isn't a performance enhancing drug, all competition sport must stay drug free.
