Can you fail a drug test off smelling non burning weed or being around it burning but not smoking it yourself?

Yes by being around the second hand smoke.  But...you have to be around a lot of second hand smoke.  If you are trying to get a job I would stay far away from the second hand smoke.  You don't want someone else's habit ruining your chances.  Or even worse if you fail a urine test for probation you could end up in Jail.  Those officers don't take any excuses.  Good luck.

not by smelling unburnt weed but from second hand smoke you could. The levels would be really low tho so you'd still probably pass but it will show up
