I am going to Walt Disney World soon, and now that I am older, I want to do more rides....so I have a few questions.

Ok, so as I said, Can you feel "Mission Space" actually spinning? Or can you choose not to spin?

And, does Space Mountain and Everest go upside-down??

  1. If you're prone to motion sickness go for "green" on mission space. if you've been on Rock'n'Rollercoaster the G-force you feel at the start of that ride will be comparable to "orange" in Mission Space. I brought my Dad on Mission Space a few years back on the "orange" cos I didnt think it would be that bad but he was not a well man after!

Everest and space mountain don't go upside down and are great fun to ride. If you're going for Space Mountain there are two tracks, try go for the one on the right as I find it to be a smoother ride than the track on the left.

    Have a great trip!

  2. Neither space mountian or everest go upsdie down...they are both awesome...i admit to taking the cheating way out and going on the "green" side for the non-spinning version which was wild enough for me....my kids did the other and 2 out of 3 didnt get sick but the one that did was pretty much done for the day....have fun, we will be there in a little over a week ourselves

  3. You can choose whether to go on extreme or less extreme. I went on extreme and my parents went on less.  Space Mountain and Everest do not go upside down but they are so much fun to go on.

    HAVE FUN!!

  4. space mountain and everest do not go upside down, however everest goes backwards.

Mission space has two options, green and orange. Green is much less intense, and probably does not spin. I chose orange and it did not feel like it was spinning to me, it felt like extremely high G forces as if I was in a space launch.

    Have fun!

  5. space mountian and expedition everest do NOT go up side down.

yes mission space does spin in the intense version. but you don't actually feel like you are spinning you feel the g-forces of spinning but you can't tell you are spinning around it feels like you are blasting off into space like astronaunts.

and yes there is a less intense or nonspinning version of the ride. but in my opinion the less intense non spinning version isn't as fun.
