Can you figure out why this dirt bike wont start?

its 1993 honda xr 200r. has ran before. i was riding up hill and it fell on its left side i got it to start back up. when i was riding back it started to die then it died. i got it home i noticed its leaking oil out of crankshaft on left side of bike(not much just drips little). it floods when you try to start it cold. tube coming from air cleaner to carburetor is not fully around the carburetor piece. got duck tape around to help keep air out and keep it on carburetor piece. got some gas in tank and still wont start. can someone figure this out. thanks in advance

Because it needs to be fixed.I am not being sarcastic but those damages are the reason.

check for oil on the magneto.  if this is wet, clean with electrical spray cleaner, dry and try to restart.  might need to check/change the spark plug.  you probably fouled it by flooding it bad.
