Can you file L&I while getting Unemployment? (WA State)?

Can you file L&I while getting Unemployment? Have Carpal's Tunnel from work and getting laid off. Going to file for Unemployment at that point. A friend told me I should do L&I too.

Also, I have no medical insurance, so how do I find a doctor to help me proceed?

In order to be able to qualify for unemployment benefits you must not only be able to work you have to be actively seeking work.

No job. No insurance. Call your county social worker and see if they can help. Hospitals and ER's will treat for free sometimes too. Look for local free clinics.
